We will review different methods of project delivery and effective implementation plans.During the class, fundamentals of laser scanning for IPD / BIM projects will be reviewed and examples will be shown.We will review / discuss owner agreements and lean practices that are used on the IPD projects.In regards to legal aspects, some information will be discussed for different project scenarios.
