The cost of a project is directly related to the schedule. How many work hours are required for each step? How will design changes and delays impact the cost? Meanwhile, there is continued pressure to consolidate schedules from owners and general contractors. This workshop will explore how estimating and scheduling can be further integrated within your project team to ensure costs are accurate, while capitalizing on the latest 5D BIM, project controls, risk analysis, and CPM methods. Additionally, we will present a case study for logistics tracking using equipment sets on various platforms assisted by Dynamo. We will show design changes in the comparison modes. And we will discuss automated location-based takeoffs and customized reporting templates. Related software involved in this presentation are Revit software, AutoCAD software, Dynamo, BIM 360 Glue software, BIM 360 Field software, Navisworks software, VICO, Assemble Systems, MSP, Primavera `P6, and Rhino.
