The implementation of C4R NextGen and Team Collaboration are a next step in the "From 12 to many" project. The "lighthouse" projects will be extended with the new technologies and will be a standard for all projects in the region. This year marks the first anniversary of Collaboration for Civil 3D on BIM 360 software. During this roundtable discussion, the Civil 3D community will share ideas and techniques for a smooth transition to BIM 360 so that others may benefit from the successes and failures of the past year. In the AU 2021, I am planning to present how BIM 360 can help for Design Collaboration, Review and Issues Management between multiple disciplines in the same company or different companies. In WME, how we make use of BIM 360 for various design process and stages like design collaboration, design review, transmittal creation and Issues management. These features are helping us to collaborate within our team and with external parties. We use various workflows for design collaboration, reviews and issues management for the effective collaboration. We use Desktop connector for Navisworks and CAD files. Now we are exploring model coordination and the new feature of Naming convention standard as per ISO standard. We are enjoying and exploring more on new features from Autodesk.

Airport design necessitates collaboration between numerous teams with a wide range of skill sets generally coming from various locations. This requires well-established strategies and methodical use of tools and technologies for a successful delivery of a large-scale project. This session will present strategies for utilizing cloud collaboration tools such as Collaboration for Revit, BIM 360 Team and Fusion Team (formerly A360 Team), BIM 360 Glue software, and BIM 360 Docs software in order to help teams communicate and collaborate effectively in delivering a complex project. We will showcase San Francisco's $2.4 billion International Airport project as an example of utilizing these strategies to enable effective collaboration between more than 200 architects, engineers, and builders from Woods Bagot, HKS Architects, Gensler, and numerous core trades and consultants on this design-build project. This session will present Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies for cloud collaboration and data management on airport projects.

We'll demonstrate the fundamentals of using collaborative workflows using Collaboration for Revit, and illustrate how multiple stakeholders can work on the same model in the cloud. My co-speaker-the national Building Information Modeling (BIM) manager of a large architectural firm-will explain how their company used Collaboration for Revit to deliver complex projects on time and on budget using real collaboration on the firm's Revit models.

Our Dike Resilience Suite exemplifies this approach, offering a parametric toolset for dike reinforcement studies. By integrating diverse calculation modules and software tools, including those from partners and clients, we enable project teams of up to 20 engineers to develop reliable and collaborative dike designs efficiently and effectively. A single team is now able to execute 4 long-running projects in parallel, instead of consecutively.

In this session, we'll cover how infrastructure project teams can use the Design Collaboration module by setting up team spaces while maintaining ownership of data. This class is an overview of how A360 Team and Collaboration for Revit software are impacting the traditional project collaboration workflows and the overall project delivery. We will present our lessons learned after multiple iterative implementations on complex projects. We will explore the features of A360 Team and Collaboration for Revit software that enabled project teams to work much more efficiently in a more transparent environment. With new tools come new responsibilities. We will explore how to effectively implement the frequently evolving A360 cloud-based collaboration service platform to large project teams, often exceeding 150 project participants. We will focus on some of the ways our Team managed the impact of the new A360 Collaboration for Revit workflow while keeping the entire Project Team engaged in the process. This class will also showcase several additional workflow improvements and technologies used in conjunction with A360 Team and Collaboration for Revit software, aimed at streamlining the disjointed architecture, engineering, and construction workflow and connecting the owner closer to the Design and Construction Teams.
