Description
This hands-on lab is designed as a follow up to the Adding Classification to your Autodesk PLM 360 lab, but it is appropriate for anyone with basic Autodesk PLM 360 software Classification experience. This course will enable you to access more advanced-use cases for classification in Autodesk PLM 360 software and take your tenant to a higher level of functionality. Through firsthand experience you will learn to create an automated smart-part numbering system and automated part descriptions. We will then use the Autodesk PLM 360 software BOM functionality to add parts from a part catalog structured using classification. Finally we will demonstrate how to approach importing or migrating data into Autodesk PLM 360 software classification structures. If you are implementing Autodesk PLM 360 software or are continuously improving your tenant, this lab will give you the tools and experience to maximize the power of Classification.
