This class will cover the method that Nabholz used to successfully roll out a company-wide mobile information platform. We will walk through the options explored and decisions made regarding who needs to lead the implementation, what features to roll out first, when the rollout should be complete, and where in the company the rollout should occur—as well as how you get started, get everyone trained, and know when you’re done and ready to roll out additional features.
