Description
At LGES Project Alpha—a large-scale, fast-track battery manufacturing facility—delivering under pressure required tightly connected workflows and real-time data visibility. This case study explores how Revit software, Navisworks software, and Construction Cloud were integrated to create a connected project ecosystem that supports Digital Workplace development and field execution. Revit served as the foundation for BIM and Digital Workplace modeling. Navisworks enabled clash detection and model federation. And Construction Cloud provided a centralized platform for document control, issue tracking, and field communication. These tools streamlined coordination, accelerated decision making, and reduced rework. This session will highlight workflows that connected architects, engineers, and trade partners—showing how digital coordination created accountability and visibility across all phases. It will also cover lessons learned from managing model updates, subcontractor input, and construction sequencing in megaprojects.
